Rustic Wide Floating Shelf Vanity

Picture a slow Saturday morning: coffee on the counter, towels folded within reach, and a broad plank of reclaimed wood holding it all. The Rustic Wide Floating Shelf Vanity brings that easy, lived-in warmth to the bathroom with a generous surface and a rugged live edge along the front.

Room to Spread Out

The extra width is the point here. There is space for a vessel sink plus soap, plants and the everyday odds and ends that usually crowd a narrow counter. The reclaimed timber is left in its natural color, and the species can vary from slab to slab.

What Shapes Each Piece

• Edges: a live front with squared back and sides, so depth may wander slightly
• Character: knots, checks and raised honeycomb grain give a genuinely rough, rustic feel
• Mounting: hang it free-floating or set it on a rack
• Customization: no factory holes; cutouts for the faucet and drain can be made once pipe size and positions are known
• In the box: a single shelf, plus sandpaper; brackets, sink, taps and fittings are separate

Settling In

The oil finish can leave the live edge a bit raised or flaky after shipping. A quick sanding sorts it out, and once the oil has fully cured the edge hardens on its own.

Since every board comes from a different tree, no two vanities share the same grain, tone or outline. Each one is handcrafted to order, so the piece in your bathroom will be entirely its own.
