The short version: by using pearsonandmarzian.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. Our pieces are handmade from natural wood, so each one varies slightly from the photos. Shipping and refunds are covered by their own policies.

Products
Our furniture and decor are handmade from natural wood. Photos are representative; grain, knots, colour and minor dimensions vary from piece to piece. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Orders and payment
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we do, we refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout and we never store full card details.
Made-to-order items
Cancellations, photo approval, returns and damage claims are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Pearson and Marzian or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearson and Marzian is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
